What if I were to tell you it was possible to significantly improve your physical, mental and emotional health just by changing how you breathe? It might sound far fetched but a growing number of people all around the world have been experiencing for themselves the deep lasting change that Connected Breathwork can help create.

Welcome to Connected Breath, my name is Russell Storey and I’m an International Breathwork Trainer & Facilitator.

Now based in Perth, Western Australia, since 2011 I have traveled the world teaching Connected Breathwork to people on every continent (except Antarctica!) from all kinds of backgrounds & walks of life. Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Students, Lawyers, Athletes, Tradespeople, Business Leaders, Creatives, Therapists, Mothers, Fathers, Kids and many, many more have all experienced first hand the transformational power of Connected Breathwork.

In our rapidly changing and complex world it is all too easy to lose touch with what is truly important in our lives. I believe that our only chance to thrive, not just as individuals but as a species, is to re-connect to ourselves, re-connect to each other and re-connect to the world around us. Connected Breathwork makes this a genuine possibility, not just for a select few, but for everybody. Breath does after all, connect us all.

I recently had a one-on-one breathing session with Russell after yet again burning out from work. Prior to the session I had taken some time off, started meditating and exercising more frequently; my efforts only seemed to provide minor alleviation from the depressive rut that is so hard to climb out of after a long period of stress. After my breathing session however, it’s no exaggeration to say that Russell fixed me!

Having had no previous experience with this kind of breath work was initially a little apprehensive about doing an individual session, however Russell’s down to earth and relatable nature immediately put me at ease. As for the breath work itself, it was one of the most profound experiences of my life.

That night, I had my best sleep in months and woke up feeling completely myself again. It’s now two weeks later and I still feel great. I am more grounded, content and have more balance in my days. Russell’s breath work is incredible. I feel like it hit a huge reset button on myself, the benefits of which could usually only be achieved after weeks or months of counselling.
